A few of us staff members from The New York City Travel and Pocket Guides recently went to the Flamenco Festival at The City Center on W. 55th street. Needless to say it was wonderul. We saw the Compañía Rafaela Carrasco. Really phenomenal perfomance. They even gave us free Cd's and books celebrating Andalusian music and dance.
The next dance company the I HAVE to see there is The Paul Taylor Dance Company. They'll be performing March 2-18th 2007.
It's been called the "Best New York has to offer in Dance".
